Our Chief Flying Instructor - Andy Rose

Andy is a career, time served pilot.  With over 40 years experience, passing through many differing skills, competencies and achievements Andy is held in considered high esteem amongst the aviation community.  He is a rotary and fixed wing pilot.  Andy’s achievements include:

  • Qualified flying instructor working out of Humberside Airport in 1981
  • Fast jet and multi-engine pilot in the RAF
  • Captain flying business jets globally (commercial pilot qualification)
  • Captain for British Airways
  • Captain for the worldwide aviation leaders in the field NetJets

Andy currently instructs in general aviation, specialising in IMC, aerobatics as well as ‘ab initio’ student pilots to LAPL / PPL.
