Phil Anderton is our CEO and founder.  

A champion for tackling injustice, Phil was instrumental in changing the way services are delivered for the neurodivergent community from his days as a senior police officer, through to being the CEO of ADHD 360, the world's largest and most revolutionary service provider for ADHD and Autism.  

Having taken that business to international recognition, Phil turned his attention to his passion - aviation - and formed The Bomber County Flying School, to bring excellence to the business of teaching people to fly and giving people their dreams of 'getting in the air' - no matter what the challenges achieving that dream may present.

Having hosted a TV programme for over a year (https://www.youtube.com/@ADHDBeyondTheLabel), written and published two books, one on ADHD and criminal behaviour and the second about ADHD and entrepeneurs, Phil retired from his specific ADHD focused life to build the Flying School.
